Website and App Terms

Last updated 4 August 2026.

Loopz is the studio name of Machtelinckx Consultancy CommV, Hot 11, 3200 Aarschot, Belgium, company number 0647.839.640, RPR Leuven. You can contact me at steven [@] loopz.be.

1. What these terms cover

These terms cover the loopz.be website and give product-specific information about ScoreShare and RoutinePass. The apps are downloaded through Apple's App Store. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms govern the app licence and purchases unless a valid custom licence is shown in the App Store.

Separate professional work for a client is governed by the written proposal or contract agreed with that client, not by this website page.

2. App availability and requirements

The apps require compatible Apple hardware, software and services. Some features depend on an internet connection, notification permissions, Screen Time permissions, Live Activities or third-party services. Features may change as the apps and Apple's platforms evolve.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, trial terms and subscription periods are shown in the App Store or purchase screen before you buy. Apple processes payment, renewals, cancellation and refunds under its applicable terms. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you.

4. RoutinePass

RoutinePass helps you follow through on rehab or mobility Exercises you already know. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Use only Exercises that are appropriate for you and follow the advice you have received. Stop and seek professional help if you are unsure or experience concerning symptoms.

Optional app blocking uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks. Apple controls authorisation and system behaviour, so uninterrupted blocking or access cannot be guaranteed in every device state.

5. ScoreShare

ScoreShare is a sideline scorekeeping and sharing tool. Scores, timers, statistics and live updates depend on what the scorekeeper enters and on network availability. They are not an official match record unless the responsible competition or organisation explicitly accepts them as such.

Anyone with a live-game link may be able to view the information it contains. Share links only with the intended audience and avoid entering personal information that is not needed.

6. Your content and acceptable use

You keep your rights in names, videos, notes, scores and other content you add. You give Loopz and its service providers only the limited permission needed to process content for a feature you request, such as publishing a shared live game. You are responsible for having the right to enter and share that content.

Do not misuse the website, apps or sharing features, interfere with their operation, try to gain unauthorised access, or use them to infringe another person's rights or break the law.

7. Intellectual property

The apps, website, brand, design and original content remain the property of Machtelinckx Consultancy CommV or their respective licensors. You may use them only as permitted by the applicable licence and law.

8. Information and third-party links

Website content is provided for general information. Links to Apple and other external services are provided for convenience; those services apply their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Reliability and responsibility

I work to keep the website and apps useful and reliable, but no digital service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep any information you cannot afford to lose backed up where the app and platform allow it, and do not rely on either app for an emergency or safety-critical purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Machtelinckx Consultancy CommV is responsible only for loss that is a foreseeable result of failing to meet an applicable obligation. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees for digital content and services.

10. Privacy

See the website privacy notice, ScoreShare privacy policy and RoutinePass privacy policy for how information is handled.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated when the products, services or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required.

12. Law and contact

Belgian law applies, without taking away mandatory protections you have under the law of your country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable law; no clause here requires a consumer to give up a forum that the law makes available.

Questions or complaints: steven [@] loopz.be. I will acknowledge and handle consumer complaints within the timeframe required by applicable law.
