Where it comes from
Rehab and mobility exercises have a strange property: the plan is usually clear, and the follow-through still fails. Not because people don't care—because every session competes with a phone full of easier things. RoutinePass exists for exactly that gap between knowing your exercises and actually doing them.
What it does
You build Routines from the Exercises you already know—whether they came from a physiotherapist, another healthcare professional, or your own experience—and record or pick your own videos for guidance. A Schedule decides when each Session happens. During a guided Session, the app walks you through your exercises step by step, with repetitions, rest and breaks built in. History keeps every completed and partial session, and Notes capture what you noticed.
The distinctive part is optional: with Apple Screen Time, selected apps wait while a Session is ready. Finish your session to unlock them—and Emergency unlock is always available, so you stay in control.
What it deliberately isn't
RoutinePass is not an exercise library and not a medical product. It doesn't prescribe exercises, provide treatment or medical advice, or promise recovery. It helps you follow through on the plan you already have—that's the whole job.
Choices I care about
Your exercise videos, schedules, session history and notes stay on your iPhone. There's no account and no sign-up, and the identities of the apps you block are never sent anywhere. The full details are in the RoutinePass privacy policy.
Status
