Website privacy notice

This notice covers the loopz.be website itself. Last updated 3 August 2026.

loopz.be is a static website. It has no user accounts and sets no cookies of its own. The only personal information this website handles is what you choose to send through its contact and support forms, or by email.

What the forms collect

The contact and support forms ask for your email address, a subject and your message, plus an optional name. The submission also shows which form you used (general contact, ScoreShare support or RoutinePass support). The website does not use this information to create analytics or advertising profiles.

Who processes the submissions

The forms are processed by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website. Netlify receives and stores form submissions and forwards them to me by email. See the Netlify privacy policy for how Netlify handles data.

What your message is used for

To read it and respond. That's all: no marketing lists, no selling or sharing beyond the processing described above.

Prefer not to use a form?

Email steven@loopz.be directly—the forms are a convenience, not a requirement.

Please leave out what I don't need

Don't include medical details or other sensitive personal information unless it's truly necessary for your request. For app support, describing what the app does or doesn't do is always enough.

The apps have their own policies

This notice covers only the website. What the apps themselves process is described in the ScoreShare privacy policy and the RoutinePass privacy policy.
